Okay so I’ve been curious about this for a while now.

Okay so I’ve been curious about this for a while now. Why does the Deft get double positive on attack rolls while the Strong doesn’t? I mean there’s absolutely nothing with how it is now but isn’t the Strong’s main focus fighting and being REALLY REALLY good at that?
