Hello, friends! I hope this is the right place to ask a couple of quick questions.

Firstly, can anyone explain what the matrix of numbers along the upper-middle of the 2e character sheet are for? I can't figure it out and I just have to know!

Secondly, does anyone know why the "notebook edition" on lulu only ships from North America? Is it likely to change in future? I think it's an excellent idea but paying international shipping fees is just too much for me.
