This book is awesome!

This book is awesome! Has anyone requested copies of the first 23 pages to give to their players? I would love to be able to print out these pages somehow as handouts. Any chance we can get a 'players copy' on lulu? I understand there are no pdfs.. But even just a PDF of these first pages would be awesome. Or even a POD for the players that I could by 4 copies of would be great!
