So, taking inspiration from Skyrim and more specifically the Companions I have been toying with the idea of a werewolf as species as class - though it would be more of a mystical werewolf then lycanthropy.

So benefits:

- Immune to disease
- Immune to Poison
- Wolf Form (ST, AV, AB, calculated per monster rules based on current class level +1, Only silver weapons can cause damage while in this form. Once per session. ).

Drawbacks:

- Social problems if it is discovered
- Only Strong and Deft
- Lose access to class slots
