Hi folks, I'm new to this game and in general to the entire OSR, but I love Whitehack and its "classical-old school" feel.
What I wanto to do with Whitehack is to play Zack Sabbath's supplements for B/X D&D, A Red and Pleasant Land and Vornheim, and I'd like to receive some opinions about how to convert "crunchy" stuff like monsters, npcs and so on.
Apart from that I made a list of potential house rules for the game and also here I'd like to hear how do you guys suggest to proceed to make them playable.

HS:
-Two ST: Body and Mind or Body and Magic
-Encumbrance from Lamentation of the Flame Princess
-New class or new classes: a charismatic one and a support one
-Critical Hits extended
-A bit more HP for 1st level c.
-Magic Points/Mana=HP for miracles. At 1st level a wise c. can choose to have maximum HP and throw the dice for mana or vice versa.
-Morale for monsters and npcs
