The book says that the Strong gain a HP bonus of +1 or +2 for high Con.

The book says that the Strong gain a HP bonus of +1 or +2 for high Con. It seems that this is a one-time bonus. Is that correct? Does anybody make it an incremental bonus that rises every level?
