A short but satisfying session of Whitehack/Deep Carbon Observatory tonight. It was pretty much one epic fight with an enormous foe. I was worried that it would be a dull rolling session as they chipped away at it's pile of HP, but it would seem that I managed to keep events desperate and terrifying.
I'm a bit disappointing that I didn't manage to throw one or two of the PCs into the void but the dice were with the players when they needed them.
Still, I'm sure I can make up for my disappointment in the last couple sessions. The group isn't done with the Deep Carbon Observatory yet.
