I am have trouble understanding Deft Attuning. Can someone describe it to me please.
I am have trouble understanding Deft Attuning. Can someone describe it to me please.
Example:
Street Rogue has attuned his red cloak, during a combat an archer shoots the young rogue and hits for 4 damage. Can he then use his red cloak to deflect or catch the arrow with his cloak (Spinning his cloak in front of himself or something) and take no damage? Maybe lessen the damage? Does he did an ability check?
Also can you attune to horses or does it have to be one specific horse?
