So, I think I am going to use the spell list on table 15 as guidelines. I am curious has anyone thought of what should be the base HP cost of each level (before negotiations)? Also, I was unclear on how to scale damage. It just says "use normal damage rules". How would damage scale for each level of the table above? Thanks in advance
